Make-Up Tip: If you apply moisturizer to your face prior to foundation make sure you allow enough time for the moisturizer to dry. If the moisturizer is not dry it will cause the foundation to thin out resulting in blotchiness. If on a time limit then blot your moisturizer dry, if not, then allow at least a minute between application.
